The room was spacious but the cleaning service was lacking and unresponsive.

The stay included a very affordable rate, and it was nice to interact with friendly staff members like Tracy and the maintenance guy. However, checking in was a hassle. no one was there at the front desk, which led to frustrations. To make matters worse, communication regarding check-in was poor, as there were no clear directions, and I had to demand a refund due to the lack of service.

I didn't even get to check in. ! What kind of operation does that? It’s borderline criminal. I ended up getting a room with a balcony overlooking the city. Nice view at sunset. Wish I could've enjoyed it longer!
